Apostille stickers will be issued on the documents –personal like birth, death, affidavits, power of attorneys, marriage etc and educational documents like degree, diplomas, matriculation and secondary level certificates. However, commercial documents are excluded from the purview of the Convention. Procedure: All documents should be first authenticated by the designated agencies in the State from where thedocument has been issued. In case of personal documents, Home Department/General Administration Department arethe designated authorities. In case of educational documents, State Governments have now opened Regional Authentication Centers (RACs) (see list) at various States from where the document should first be attested. Documents attested by these authorities then need to be presented to MEA for issue of Apostilles. New avenues in ICT and Modelling
One can look upon ICT as a language to communicate ideas between different areas of science and technology. Being a synapse of current technological advances, ICT is in need of a flexible formal foundation.
Observe artificial neural networks and adaptive filters, originated from two different problems and perhaps disciplines(pattern-recognition and communication), resembles each other well. In fact, they are same. There are large number of other examples highlighting the 'sameness'. Looking upon such a possibility ICT becomes a junction for analogies, managing these analogies and in process building up a common language calls for such a formal foundation.
Challenge would be to use available formal(mathematical) world entities to compensate for the empirical entities of ICT. And if not sufficient we will have to create new entities Isomorphic to the empirical ones.

ICT-Embedded System & Sensor Networks Research at DA-IICT.
Information and Communication Technology is one of the growing and promising technology enriching human life. Every day we come across many things which are outcome of ICT research and development. Easiest eye catching example is cellphone which has impacted a lot to our day to day life. Other examples are microcontroller embedded devices with small range communication capability. Embedded System and Sensor Network is one of the branch of this big tree named ICT which work on such devices. DA-IICT which is leading institute in ICT has reach and growing group working on Embedded System and Sensor Network lead by Prof. Prabhat Ranjan. Three Ph.D students (Sunil Jardosh, Gauri Joshi and Shubham Jain) and many M.Tech, B.Tech students and research engineers work on sponsored projects and research problems under the guidance of Prof. Prabhat Ranjan. Group is involved in many research activities some of them are listed bellow. Group is working to develop a modular sensor network testbed 'CENSE', consisting of 100 nodes. Another major project being carried out is the development of sensor nodes for monitoring movement of wildlife, called 'wildCENSE'. Following link will provide you further research activities of the group. http://intranet.daiict.ac.in/~ranjan/research/index.html

THE ARTIST AND THE MATHEMATICIAN: THE STORY OF NICOLAS BOURBAKI, THE GENIUS MATHEMATICIAN WHO NEVER EXISTED by Amir D. Aczel
A long titled but small and concise book writes mainly of French Mathematics Group Bourbaki. A detailed account of central theme of Bourbaki group, structuralism in Mathematics has been discussed. Author writes about how the ideas of structuralism came from anthropological and linguistic studies, how they affected mathematics and later how they got spread over to other faculties of arts and sciences.
Efforts of mathematician André Weil and Alexander Grothendieck along with other members of Bourbaki group has been portrayed in detail. Author also discusses working style of the group. The account covers a biographical sketch of Nicolas Bourbaki in the sense that it discusses story of formation to fall of the Bourbaki group.
